A new group starts each week but space is limited.

The goal of the program is so much more than weight loss – we strive to provide you with the tools, knowledge and habits to live longer, healthier and more confidently.
You will start with learning how to make changes that stick then go through the different systems in your body – why they are important and how they impact your health, wellness and longevity. Each month will also cover disease prevention, nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, fasting and sleep.
At the end of the program, you will reach and maintain a healthy weight, understand how biomarkers are a dashboard of your health and build a set of habits that will last a (long) lifetime.

MONTH 1: Metabolic Health

Lose weight, get metabolically healthy and beat diabetes.

Learn:

  • The dangers of sugar
  • How to avoid diabetes
  • The importance of core strength
  • The basics of time restricted eating and achieve a 12:12 eating window.
  • The importance of three biomarkers, fasting glucose, HbA1c and Insulin.
  • You will also get your starting measurements including weight and height. 

MONTH 2: Cardiovascular Health

Cardiovascular disease is the #1 cause of death, but there is so much you can do to control it!

Learn:

  • What you can eat to prevent it.
  • Practice cardio exercise and mindful breathing.
  • Sleep and its impact on heart health. 
  • Weight loss benefits of intermittent fasting (achieve a 14 hour fast).
  • Understand your cholesterol screening results including LDL, HDL & triglycerides
  • Measure your blood pressure and resting heart rate (RHR).

MONTH 3: Musculoskeletal Heath

Did you know that strong bones are the foundation for longevity?

Learn:

  • Musculoskeletal diseases including osteoporosis and sarcopenia and what you can do to prevent them.
  • Next we will cover protein’s role in musculoskeletal health.
  • Explore resistance training and how you can build strength.
  • Meditation and sleep’s effect on health.

  • Finally, you will learn about the importance of grip strength in musculoskeletal health. 

MONTH 4: Cancer Prevention

Small changes can help prevent cancer.

Learn:

  • The best foods to eat and why exercise is important in preventing cancer.
  • You will refine your meditation skills and master healthy sleep (busting stress and getting sleep are the kryptonite of all diseases).
  • Finally, you will start regularly fasting at least 13 hours a day.

MONTH 5: Mind Health

Your brain needs healthy habits too.

Learn:

  • Alzheimer’s disease, Parkison’s disease and stroke.
  • Explore what to eat and how to exercise to keep your mind in tune.
  • You will continue your mindfulness and sleep journeys.
  • Finally, you will achieve a 15 hour fast.

MONTH 6: Lung Heath

Take a breath.

Learn:

  • You will start with learning about diseases of the lungs including COPD and Asthma.
  • Next you will learn which foods are best for your pulmonary health and why.
  • You will measure your lung capacity with the spirometer.
  • You will practice the cardio exercises and breathing techniques that will improve your lung capacity.
  • You will gain an understanding of sleep apnea and if you should get tested for it.
  • Finally you will achieve your first 16 hour fast! 

MONTH 7: Gastrointestinal Health

Keep your gut healthy.

Learn:

  • About common gastrointestinal diseases including irritable bowel disease (IBD), ulcerative colitis and Chrone’s disease.
  • You will explore the benefits of fiber and fermented foods.
  • You will practice abdominal contractions and understand their impact on digression.
  • You will work on relaxation techniques that will help with abdominal pain.
  • Finally, you will master consistent 14 hour fasts.

MONTH 8: Immune System Health

Explore how to prepare your immune system to fight for you.

Learn:

  • About common immune system disorders including Lupus, Rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis.
  • Next you will learn what kinds of foods and exercises can help boost your immune system.
  • You will explore how sleep and mindfulness also play a huge role in your immune system.
  • You will discover the importance of immune system biomarkers including Sed Rate, Homocysteine, hs-CRP.
  • You will also complete your first 18 hour fast!

MONTH 9: Mental Health

This month will focus on brain health.

Learn:

  • Alzheimer’s disease, Parkison’s disease and stroke.
  • Explore what to eat and how to exercise to keep your mind in tune.
  • You will continue your mindfulness and sleep journeys.
  • Finally, you will achieve a 15 hour fast.

This month will focus on your gut health.

  • About common gastrointestinal diseases including irritable bowel disease (IBD), ulcerative colitis and Chrone’s disease.
  • The benefits of fiber and fermented foods and create a plan to integrate into your diet.
  • Practice abdominal contractions and understand their impact on digression.
  • You will learn relaxation techniques that will help with abdominal pain.
  • Finally, you will master consistent 14 hour fasts.

MONTH 11: Renal Health

Your renal system cleanses your body of waste and controls your blood pressure.

Learn:

  • About kidney failure, a common but often avoidable, disorder.
  • You will master hydration and eating foods that improve your renal health.
  • You will practice exercises and mindfulness techniques.
  • You will learn about how to measure renal health with creatinine, eGFR and BUN.
  • Finally, you will complete your first 24 hour fast!

MONTH 12: Healthy Aging

Create the habits that delay aging.

Learn:

  • How to avoid the common diseases of aging, what you can eat to age better.
  • You will explore exercises that help stave off father time as well as the importance of sleep and managing stress.
  • You will be fasting 16 hours consistently.
  • Most importantly you will look and feel great!
